I’m really excited Holly Willoughby takes over from Fern Britton on ITV’s This Morning a week on Tuesday (9 days time) and I’m quite impressed by how calm she is about it – looking as chilled out and gorgeous at the V Festival in Chelmsford today.

Holly did a lot of what I did and spent Sunday afternoon in the Chelmsford site’s Virgin Media Louder Lounge with the free Champagne, cocktails, St Tropez tanning booth and Shu Uemura eyelashes.

However, I spotted her and her X Factor pal Dermot O’Leary shimmying to the Athlete gig. She’s in fab shape after giving birth in May.
