So the other main news of the night was the start of ‘I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!’
The celebrities all had to enter their camp in different ways – Samantha Fox and Gino D’Acampo swam in, Jimmy White, Stuart Manning, Camilla Dallerup and Justin Ryan rode horses in and Lucy Benjamin, Sabrina Washington and Colin McAllister jumped out of an aeroplane.
‘How Clean Is Your House?’ presenter Kim Woodburn and former ‘Dynasty’ star George Hamilton – the oldest pair in the camp – made their journey to base camp on foot, and clean freak Kim was the first to criticise their living space (what do you expect Kim, you’re in the jungle!)
But the biggest news was that after weeks of rumours, Ant and Dec finally confirmed that Katie Price will be returning to the show this evening.
The star – whose face looked unnaturally puffy and line-free after her Botox top up in Los Angeles last week – said she was entering the jungle for “closure” following her split from Peter Andre (who she met on the show).
But Katie hasn’t left her naughty side (aka Jordan) behind, and was shown donning a miniscule pair of gold hotpants under her regulation jungle red trousers.
It will definitely be interesting to see how the camp react to seeing Katie (who is said to be being paid a LOT more than anybody else to be on the programme).
