Brittany Murphy’s father Angelo Bertolotti has spoken for the first time after the passing of his 32-year-old daughter yesterday.

Mr Bertolotti – who was told about Brittany’s tragic death by his son – said: “She was just an absolute doll since she was born. Her personality was always outward. Everybody loved her — people that made movies with her, people on a cruise — they all loved her. She was just a regular gall.”

He added: “She was just talented…And, I loved her very much.”
