Leona Lewis seems to have the worst luck when it comes to violence and high drama as yesterday she found herself present in a scene which would look better placed in an episode of 24 – a real life gun raid.

Leona had just returned to her car after stopping for coffee on the way to the airport (as you do) when all of a sudden two men pulled up in a car next to hers, and jumped out of their car brandishing guns.

Thankfully for all concerned, brave LAPD officers were on the scene to save the day and although the incident was terrifying for all involved, no one was hurt.

I’m glad to hear Leona’s ok, but how unlucky to be in the wrong place at the wrong time yet again after that nightmare experience I witnessed and filmed during her book signing at Waterstones in London’s Piccadilly.

I hope her luck changes soon.
