The shows creator, Ryan Murphy, has confirmed that Britney Spears is set to appear in an episode in the upcoming season. Whoop!

On Ryan Seacrest’s  radio show, Murphy told the host how much he admired Britney for turning her life around after a series of very public slightly crazy antics like shaving her head and attacking a car with an umbrella.

Murphy emphasised that they will not be delving into the singers personal life on the show but will just focus on her music.

Apparently Britney will appear to the Glee cast when they are under anaesthesic at the dentist and they dream about being just like her.
