Our congratulations go out to Miranda Kerr and Orlando Bloom who have announced, after weeks of speculation, that they are expecting their first child.

27 year old Miranda and Mr Bloom wed in July just a few short weeks after announcing their engagement, fuelling rumours that she was pregant.

The Australian Victoria’s Secret model revealed to Spanish Vogue that she is four months gone and that they are expecting the little arrival early next year.

That’s one baby thats guaranteed to be extremely cute!

Now we are wondering if her wedding to hubby Orlando Bloom was a little rushed last week, owing to the little one already on its way.

What a lovely couple they make and with that much gorgeous DNA the little bundle of joy will certainly not be lacking in the good looks department.

Pirates of the Caribbean actor, Orland Bloom, married his long term girlfriend, Miranda Kerr in an intimate ceremony in LA yesterday.

The couple have been dating for three years after meeting at a Victoria’s Secret fashion show in 2007.

Aussie Miranda was due to fly back to Australia to do some modelling for Australian store, David Jones but has revealed that the pair are to go on honeymoon instead.

Miranda is said to want a quiet family life and stated:

‘My ideal situation would be to live on a farm in a solar-powered house with a hammock and a vegetable patch.

‘When this is all over, that’s where I’ll be.’

Bloom apparently proposed to Miranda twice before but previously she was reluctant to make the union official.

So last night i went to the National Movie Awards at the Royal Festival Hall in London and i was lucky enough to bump into Peter Facinelli who plays Carlisle Cullen in the Twilight flicks!

He was very chatty and told me that he was actually happy to have a break from filming because when on set he has to train twice a day to keep in shape for the fight scenes and now he can eat as many peanut butter M&M’s as he wants without feeling guilty!

Twilight was the big winner of the night taking home the awards for Most Anticipated Movie of the Summer, Best Fantasy and R Patz took home the award for Best Performance of the Year. Unfortunately, the man himself could not be there to collect his award but he sent a video message and let James Corden collect it for him!

Harry Potter took home the award for Best Family Film and Daniel Radcliffe and the gorgeous Emma Watson were there to accept the award.

Tom Cruise took home the award for Screen Icon and Katie Holmes was there to cheer him on. Check out the video below of Tom for some good goss on his fave leading ladies. We think that Katie has him well trained!

Sherlock Holmes came up trumps in the Best Action /Thriller category.

Other guests at last nights event included Gwyneth Paltrow, Kylie Minogue and Orlando Bloom who was looking gorgeous! All dirty and rugged – just the way we like them!

It’s nice to see that it isn’t always us ‘normal’ folk who get overcome with excitement/embarrassment at the thought of meeting a celebrity.

This weekend Mollie King from the Saturdays went to Ballet in London and she couldn’t contain herself as she Tweeted “I feel as excited as Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman when she goes to the Opera haha! x” If that wasn’t enough Mollie’s night got even better as she ended up next to Orlando Bloom. She told her twitter followers “Oh my goodness standing next to Orlando Bloom- I am SO uncool x”

It’s funny to see celebs starstruck for a change… sadly for Mollie though, Orlando didn’t get starstruck by her!

Orlando Bloom has revealed that he would love the opportunity to reprise his role of Legolas Greenleaf for the upcoming film adaptation of The Hobbit.

Speaking to MTV News, Orlando said: “I shot an e-mail to Pete (Lord of the Rings Director Peter Jackson) and I said, ‘You know, if you want me to don the blond wig and pointy ears again, I’d be honoured to do it’,”

“It’s (director) Guillermo’s (Del Toro) movie and I’m a huge fan of that man. He’s obviously going to take his own idea of it, but I’m excited for that movie. I think it’s going to be great.”

When asked about the reply he received Orlando gave away no clues: “He said – funnily enough – ‘Well, we’ll see’. They’re very, very hush-hush.”

We’d love to see Orlando return for The Hobbit, as we don’t think another actor could do the character justice.

Orlando Bloom’s girlfriend Miranda Kerr has revealed she has a crush on Prince William.

The Victoria’s Secret model admits she has always had a soft spot for the royal, laughing: “I’ve always had a big crush on Prince William since I was a little girl.”

Miranda also revealed the secrets behind her trim physique.

She added: “I drink lots of water and get as much sleep as possible. I recommend drinking fresh, organic green juices and doing lots of yoga.”

So – one of my new year’s resolutions for 2010 is to drink more ‘fresh, organic green juices’!

I’d love to have this level of service!

When Orlando Bloom had a drink spilled on him during a night out with girlfriend Miranda Kerr and his friends, he called in some favours to sort himself out.

He said: “A drink was accidentally spilled on Bloom’s shirt and he was visibly p***ed. One of his friends called the flagship John Varvatos store and within 30 minutes, someone arrived with three brand-new shirts.

“Much to the delight of every female diner he made his choice at his table, right in the middle of the dining room packed with 200 people. He took his stained shirt off and let everyone catch a glimpse of his body before putting on a white shirt.”
