Someone needs to sit Amy Winehouse down and give her a lesson in how to choose an appropriate boyfriend.

Come on Mitch! Do your worst.

After her disastrous relationship with waste of space, Blake Fielder-Civil, we all thought that Amy had finally found a more upstanding gentleman in the form of new beau, Reg Traviss.

Apparently not.

Ravon Isis Holt has come forward to confirm that she had been dating film director, Reg Traviss the whole time he has supposedly been dating the troubled singer.

The burlesque dancer claims that they were an item until last Tuesday when she could take no more and finally ended it.

It seems that Holt was fed a series of lies by Traviss who told her that wanted to marry her, have children with her and never be with anyone else.

“He told me he had stopped talking to Amy. I ended it because i couldn’t believe anything he said”

Fans were shocked when Reg was busted holding hands with Holt in Covent Garden in the early hours of the morning but when he claimed that they were just friends, Amy believed him

Ah well, maybe all this heart ache will mean that she finally writes that much awaited third album.

It seems that Abbey Clancy has taken her love cheat boyfriend back despite the fact he cheated on her with a prostitute.

Peter Crouch was spotted yesterday looking very pleased with himself as he stated:

“We’re ok. She’s let me back in the house and everything is fine between us”

Hmmmm.

He went on:

“She’s a young girl and she gets worried. Things are much better now. Finally things are getting back to normal. It’s not been a great time but we’re moving on – i think that we’re back on track. We’re looking to the future. I love her very much”

How very patronising.

We wonder how long it will be before he is spotted hitting on some other girl.

Pretty sure that Miss Clancy could do WAY better. We just hope that the lanky striker has learnt his lesson.

You wouldn’t want to be on the wrong side of Simon Cowell would you? Especially when he is the one deciding your fate in X Factor?

Well thats exactly what the latest contestants have done after they trashed his villa is Marbella after a few too many cocktails.

Simon has landed the groups to mentor and as soon as they hit down in the Spanish party town they hit the source.

Contestants broke into Cowell’s drinks cabinet, ruined a particuarly pricey Persian rug and just generally made a big old mess of the 15,000 a night villa.

Simon has already informed the contestants that they will be paying for the damage as soon as they receive their first royalty cheque.

The odds of a group winning the show this year just got a whole lot worse.

We suppose it was only going to be a matter of time before Heidi Montag decided that she had made an absolutely HUGE mistake by having a ridiculous amount of surgery.

Well, it seems that she is ‘desperate’ to go back under the knife already.

Montag plans to get her size G breast implants removed and says that she wants to go down to a ‘tiny’ D or DD.

The Hills star told US Life & Style Magazine that her G sized boobs mean that she can’t hug her four dogs, she can’t exercise at all and she can only wear specially made clothes.

Immediately after the surgery to make her boobs a G cup, Heidi claimed that she wanted to have them made even larger, to an H cup.

Heidi also expressed her concern that she will be ‘trapped in her body’ after her plastic surgeon, Dr Frank Ryan, died in a car crash on August 17th.

She is currently looking for another plastic surgeon in South America and claims that until she finds a new surgeon, she feels ‘trapped in her body’.

Montag also claims that she wants to live a simple life in Costa Rica and says that Hollywood holds nothing for her; “no family, no friends”.

Montag has been back in the news recently after her crazy ex-husband, Spencer Pratt, claims that he is in possession of a sex-tape of Heidi and a porn star.

Oh the drama!

It wouldn’t exactly be ideal to wake up to find a knife wielding maniac trying to break into your house with not one, but two knives would it?

Well, that’s what happened to Paris Hilton this morning.

Paris awoke to find Nathan Lee Parada banging on her windows at around 6.30am local time in LA.

Police rushed to the scene and arrested the nutter.

Police have charged Parada with felony burglary and he is being held on $50,000 bail.

Unfortunately for the heiress, this isn’t the first time that a knife wielding mentalist has got a little close to her for comfort.

A few years back a man managed to get into Paris Hilton’s Dad’s office by claiming that he was Hilton’s fiancee and he was later discovered to have a knife.

Paris is notorious for surrounding herself with security and now we can understand why.

Police informed Paris that Parada was ‘armed and dangerous’ and that she was ‘lucky’ that he didn’t get inside.

For those of you who were crazily excited about X Factor starting on Saturday (guilty), there is some nice, juicy drama already.

Irritating, Madonna lookalike, Katie Waissel, could already be being thrown off the show after it has been revealed that she is far from amateur.

Waissel appeared on the first show of the series and despite wanting to sing ‘At Last’ by Etta James, Simon put her on the spot and asked her to perform something different.

Queen fan, Katie, made a pretty appalling effort to sing ‘We are the Champions’ but when she messed up repeatedly, Simon conceeded defeat and let her sing her original choice.

The 24 year old won over the crowd and the judges and was put through to the next round.

It has since been revealed that the receptionist already has a record label in the US and that she is the star of a hit show on YouTube which followed her moving to the US to make a go at her singing career.

The singer has already signed a 2-record deal with New York based label, Chamberlain Records and her first jazz record will be released in the autumn.

Fans on X Factor forums are outraged and are claiming that the whole thing is a set up by the shows producers.

It remains to seen whether or not Katie will be allowed to progress in the competition but a spokesperson for the show has stated that:

“Katie is a fantastic contestant and this demonstrates her determination to succeed in the business”

Or….she’s just a massive cheat. Give someone else a chance!
