The Party: Alesha Dixon celebrates the launch of her new single Drummer Boy until a fight breaks out!

The Venue: Movida nightclub, central London

The Drinks: Belvedere vodka and Moet and Chandon champagne. We laughed when we saw one admirer sent Alesha a bottle of Moet. She was not that impressed because she had a crew of dancers with her BUT the admirer sent over another three bottles. Why doesn’t that happen to us?

The VIPS: Alesha and six dancers (at least six). Plus we hear a certain rugby player was elsewhere in the club

Party: Jalouse nightclub on tour in Ibiza

Venue: Blue Marlin beach club

Drinks: Lots and lots of Moet and Chandon champagne. In fact, 2 partygoers annoyed Kelis and her two bodyguards (yes, TWO bodyguards) when they bought two magnums of Moet and sprayed them over the singer.

VIP Guests: Kelis, Tinie Tempah and lots of gorgeous party-goer model types

The Gossip: (1) Kelis had TWO bodygaurds (we still can’t get over this)

(2) Tinie Tempah arrived without any footwear and demanded a pair of his favourite sneakers Nike Air Force 1’s in UK a size 8 before he hit the stage. Diva! (with small feet)

(3) Tinie Tempah is looking for a kitchen manufacturer to give him a freebie!! Our spies in the sun overheard him saying he would  drop the name of the kitchen manufacturer into a track if they’d give him a free kitchen for his mum’s house!!

I had sooo much fun shooting it to the backdrop of The Freemasons at the Papaya Beach Club.

Firstly, the Brickhouse Restaurant and Cabaret Club in East London had the cheeky celebrity below dancing on it’s bed style seats!

Plus we saw The Saturdays sweetie Mollie King out shopping.

The Party: The opening of Shaka Zulu, a South African themed restaurant. Notice how this was a PARTY not an event. It cost £5.5 million to build the restaurant – shipping in wood from around the world – so they had to show iit off in style.

The Venue: Stables Market, Camden

The Food / Drinks: Champagne / Cocktails on Arrival. Canapes for the upstairs guests and a full thre course meal for the downstairs guests. There were security guards at the top of the escalators to make sure the two didn’t mix (but they forgot to guard the staircases ) Downstairs, guests were treated to salmon followed by lamb followe by creme brulee plus unlimited choice of drinks from the bar’s cocktail menu until 11pm. TRUE DECADENCE.

The Goody Bag: They’s spent too much on the food

The VIPs: Model Sophie Anderton, ex Atomic Kitten Liz McLarnon, some Eastenders actresses…but, most interestingly the Queen of Camden, Amy Winehouse, and her new beu Reg Traviss.

The Event: First night of the new Burn The Floor dance spectacular

The Venue: Shaftesbury Theatre followed by an after-party at Floridita in Soho

The Food / Drinks: Spicy and sizzling Cuban food at Floridita reflected the nature of the show. Vodka cocktails by V44

The VIP Guests: Dancers Brian Fortuna and Ali Bastian starred in the show.

Audience members included former Strictly Come Dancing contestants  Ricky Whittle, Mark Ramprakash and Kara Tointon, former Emmerdale actress Roxanne Pallett, boxer Chris Eubank, Strictly Come Dancing judge Craig Revel Horwood and ex Strictly judge Arlene Phillips.

The Gossip: (1) Where was Strictly judge Alesha Dixon? With ex judge Arlene Phillips showing up, some questioned if it was a sign Arlene would be going back into her Strictly seat after Alesha replaced her last series.

(2) Kara Tointon’s 80s print dress was loud and rather fabulous…shame about the knee high boots and over the knee socks she wore with it.

(3) X Factor 2008 runner up (and former BFF of Alexandra Burke) Ruth Lorenzo was there looking super slim. Watch this space – Ruth looks like a woman on a mission to get in the charts.

We reckon she has a fabulous chance as Jordan showed you only need to sell 3000 copies to get to number 60.

The Party: Mark Ronson DJ set (part of the iTunes festival)

The Venue: Proud Galleries, Camden

The VIP guests: Mark Ronson, Florence Welch (from Florence and The Machine),

The drinks: Shots of spirits! Mark played a hip hop based set that made everyone want to dance when he took to the decks at 1030pm. Beers make you too bloated to dance and Champagne takes too long to drink!

The gossip: Mark put extra effort into his set as he is trying to escape the tag ‘celebrity DJ’. Earlier in the day, he gave an interview saying:

“To me a celebrity DJ is someone that’s on Big Brother or in some kind of B-movie who gets a gig to DJ even though they’re not talented enough to do it.”

“DJing is an art that I have the utmost respect for and I’ve been practising it since I was 17 years old.

“Doing Tom Cruise wedding-type things becomes the focal point of every interview and you realise that you have to cut it out if you don’t want to be answering questions about that.”

Hmmm….so what would he do if Simon Cowell offered him mega bucks to play at his wedding if he ever makes it down the aisle? We reckon Ronson would take the cash. We would!

The Party: Aura nightclub’s post F1 bash

The Venue: Paramount club (centrepoint)…An Aura takeover, for one night only

The VIP Guests: Seb Fontaine DJ-ed, JLS partied HARD!

The Drinks: It was an open bar – so there was a LOT of drinks. Revellers either bought a table (which came with a magnum of vodka and a jeroboam of Champagne) or paid a door fee of approx £95  to get free wine, spirits or soft drink.

The Gossip: (1) JLS celebrated their 3rd number one single The Club with lots and lots of Champagne and vodka – they earned it. At the start of the night they sent Twitter messages to their fans from their account @JLSofficial

By the end of the night, they were in no state to write anything

(2) There was almost fisticuffs from Oritse. At the start of the night he looked happy to hear the joke:

“Why won’t you get drunk at a party with JLS?” – Beacuse you only get One Shot

By the end of the night it wasn’t so funny!

Britain’s Next Top Model starts on Monday on Living TV and I went along to the launch party for a sneak preview.

The selection of clips played during the evening looked interesting – expect the single mother wannabe model, an ‘in yer face shout at em when they diss you’ model and some quiet English Rose types (who probably get evicted early because they’re boring)

What struck me most about the event was Elle, who looked hot in leather trousers (at the age of 47)!

I’d dressed up for the evening in a Red Label jumpsuit, which is so exclusive that you can’t actually buy it until the Red Label website launches next month, but it was hard not to feel insignificant compared to Elle. (I reckon I was maybe the second most glam person in the room).

But the good / bad news (depending on how you view it) is that Elle was really nice so you can’t hate her. Once I’d got over my insecurities, I joined a group of journalists for a chat with the gorgeous model that got the nickname The Body:

She’s really nervous about how the show will be received. She said she reckons the show ‘finds its feet’ in episode 5.

Then we talked underwear.  Elle, who has her own range of Elle Macpherson Intimates, says she always wears matching bra and knicker sets and says if she’s wearing a bra that doesn’t match the knickers it is like walking with a limp!
