P Diddy and his singing protegee Cassie had less than 24 hours in London on Friday, so they checked out one of London’s newest clubs – Runway.

Diddy, who had come over from a Paris promotional tour for his new album Last Train to Paris and was flying back to America the following day, partied in his usual flamboyant style with lashings of Ciroc Vodka in the club’s VIP area.

And although it was HOT inside with girls in skimpy shorts and mini-dresses, big man Diddy insisted on wearing a fur coat. (But admittedly he looked good and pulled it off).

Diddy must have seen all of London’s clubs now – I’ve partied with him in at least three other places.

Wonder where he’ll go to on his next visit. Hope he comes back soon as it’s good to see a man that dresses up for an event, no matter how uncomfortable it makes him.

The first party I went to was the EMI Records’ after-party at The Supper Club in London’s Notting Hill.

It was my first visit to the stylish lounge bar and all I can say is it did not feel like London, nor did it feel like it was on this planet.

Outside it was windy and raining and inside was just total glamour.

Imagine Geri Halliwell dancing on top of these beds while Lily Allen and her boyfriend Sam Cooper stand around enjoying cocktails and each other’s company.

The party was a proper love in -except for Robbie Williams, his girlfriend Ayda Field and his pal Jonathan Wilkes, who stayed just 15 minutes. I guess Robbie  is the wrong side of 35 now.

Then it was on to the Kensington Hotel, for Sony Records’ after-party.

The Moet and Chandon was endless, the Akvinta vodka cocktails were absolutely delicious but there was a weird selection of canapes to soak it all up including  balls of sugared donuts that you dip in jam yourself. Drunk and in charge of donut dipping while wearing a dress is not a good idea.

There I mingled with Geri Halliwell, JLS, N-Dubz, Louis Walsh and Kesha.

Whilst we lie in bed with a bacon sandwich and Berocca, Sarah Harding shows us all how to get over a hangover in style and heads to Barbados after a heavy night.

The Girls Aloud star was snapped leaving Kanaloa in London at the weekend looking a little worse for wear (see above), only to be papped the next day sunning herself on a beach in Barbados!

If you have a spare few hundred Sarah, book us a flight will you- our sore heads need it.

Seems everyone who’s anyone was in Mahiki last night. Well a lot of the pop world, anyway.

The Saturdays, the Sugababes, and X Factor’s Jamie Archer, Stacey Soloman and Lucie Jones were all out on the town and it seems the alcohol was free flowing as no-one could even keep their eyes open to get photographed!

Actually that’s a bit unfair, Frankie and Mollie from The Saturday’s managed to keep themselves composed and sober, and Mollie drove off in a very, very posh looking car.

Jamie Archer showed less dignity and was snapped snogging a mystery blonde. Must mean the rumoured hook-up  between him and fellow contestant Coco Lloyd didn’t work out, (quelle surprise).

Zoe and the party squad are heading back to Mahiki tonight so we’ll be sure to get all the gossip from last night and create some more mischief of our own.

Last night was slightly more glamorous than the last time they were together (half way up a mountain) as Mount Kilimanjaro buddies Cheryl Cole and Kimberly Walsh helped Gary Barlow and wife Dawn celebrate their 10th wedding anniversary.

The star studded bash, held at the Madarin Oriental hotel in London, was not short of celeb guests venturing out and braving the cold. At last an end to the cold spell in terms of celeb parties!!

As well as the Girls Aloud, there was the whole Kili crew -  Fearne Cotton and  Alesha Dixon, then Lulu and the rest of Gary’s Take That bandmates.

Cheryl looked happy all evening and smiled for photographers as she arrived with husband, Chelsea’s Ashley Cole on her arm.

The Three Words looked great in her black dress with grey panels, but I think the real style star was Kimberley who looked stunning in a gold sequin dress.

There’s nothing like a celeb bash like this to cheer me up this month.

Now Rochelle Wiseman is the only single Saturday, having split from her Charlton Athletic footballer boyfriend Darren Randolph, she’s showing she is in a league of her own when it came to partying.

The 20-year-old singer had no Issues at all partying in London’s Taman Gang on Saturday night.

Rochelle was wth her girl pals, and then the party were joined by footballer David Bentley and his wife Kimberley and Chelsea footballer Daniel Sturidge.

From Charlton to Chelsea – good work, Rochelle!

New Years Eve is upon us once more, it’s the end of the decade too.

So it’s not just any ordinary party night.

That said; stars including Scarlett Johansson and Katherine Jenkins are apparently staying in tonight.

While a host of famous figures including; Jay- Z, Green Day, Rhianna, Black Eyed Peas, Jennifer Lopez, Carson Daly, Sarah Jessica Parker, Joan Rivers and Graham Norton are all working tonight (well, appearing on TV)

Calvin Harris is one of the many celebrities spinning discs around the country tonight (He’s playing at the Ministry of Sound party at the O2)

To add to that, the king of party land, Mr P Diddy has warned that all promotions which have said he will be attending their NYE parties are fake.

Speaking via his Twitter account, P Diddy said:
“For New Year’s I’m NOT having a party!!! I’mma be at my crib with fam and friends. So if y’all here I’m having a party it’s a lie!!”

It seems once again, it’s being left up to the Z list to throw the ‘big celebrity bash’ to see in the new decade.

According to The Sun, Jordan is throwing a NYE bash for sometime flame Alex Reid.

Apparently the wannabe personality is going into the CBB house on Sunday and therefore needs a party to prepare him. (I thought you had to be famous to go on CBB?)

I can’t wait for tonight’s parties to begin; let’s crack open the Champagne and toast 2010.

What’s everyone doing tonight to see out 2009 and welcome in 2010?

I have an invite to a posh penthouse overlooking the river in London’s Docklands.

Clubbing on NYE usually has a fab atmosphere but I’m excited to try something a bit more civilised (where the Champagne is free).

Is JLS’s fame diminishing now there’s a new X Factor winner in the form of Joe McElderry?

No, but they don’t spend much money when they go out clubbing and London club and bar owners are starting to notice it.

The 2008 X Factor runners up were refused by Mayfair Whisky Mist when they called up to book a table at the weekend.

My source inside the trendy nightspot revealed: “It’s not worth the club’s while because bands like JLS don’t always pay for the table and don’t drink massive amounts.

“They attract lots of screaming girls, who don’t buy drinks, and the high spenders are put off by the screaming fans.”

Wow – seems not EVERYONE IS IN LOVE with JLS for once (unless they pull their hands out if their pockets and stump up for drinks)…

I never tire of Christmas with endless games (like my advent calendar competition) and parties (like last night’s session with Gail Porter).

Gail switched on the Christmas lights at Aquum – which is now my favourite bar in London’s Clapham.

I never realised you could get such a stunning looking (lots of white leather and wood) venue that serves delicious drinks (the martini menu is massive) in South London.

And Gail and I definitely made the most of it after she switched on the lights.

London band The Holloways came down from their patch in North London to countdown to Gail’s switch on and singers Amy Studt and Leo Ihenacho cheered them along.

I made a video of it all, which is being edited and will be posted by the end of the week.
