Congrats to Alesha Dixon, who has just been named as the new judge on the best dancing show ever on the TV, Strictly Come Dancing.

Alesha’s gonna have a tough job filling the seat of judge Arlene Philips, who has over 40 years of dance experience at West End shows, but I thought she was a good sport when we had a game of tennis at Wimbledon recently.

She’s clearly quite patient, which is much needed when the judging panel already has nasties Bruno Tonoli and Craig Revel Horwood.

Mischa Barton looked like this when I met her at Harrods recently – and gave a really weird interview – and now she blames dental treatment.

Aparrently she had emergency surgery the day before the opening of the sale.

Nice excuse  as the anathestic the dentist  knock you out with may make you speak a bit strange and make your jaw a bit tender but what is the excuse for the rubbish make-up?

I hear Katie Price / Jordan / almost to be ex Mrs Andre is headed for Hollywood to try for an acting career.

Pals say she’s scheduling meetings with agency CAA, who look after Nicole Kidman and Tom Hanks.

But what kind of roles can a former glamour model with a trout pout get? Maybe she’ll get a part in a horror flick

Chris Birch is the biggest celebrity in freestyle motocross (ie tricks on bikes) and I spent the whole day with him in Cambridge, learning to ride.

Brad Pitt does biking and so does Tom Cruise and John Travolta, so I tested it out in the name of showbiz research.

Not too much muesli today as I am going to a Power Plate lesson in London’s Good Vibes studio later this morning.

I’ve mused and pondered about whether or not they actually work before, so today I am going to stop thinking and actually do a course of lessons.

For the next six week, I’m having three lessons a week on the bikini blitz course and I’ll post a photo tonight and a photo in six weeks and tell you if it works.

Tip of The Day: Be adventurous! If it doesn’t work, I’ve just lost 90mins a week and if it does work I can lose a dress size and gain a whole new look!

Britain’s Got Talent schoolkid Shaheen Jafargholi stole the show at last night’s Michael Jackson memorial but that makes me scared.

He’s 12 years old – can he handle the interest from the 1 billion fans that watched his performance back on Youtube?

If Susan Boyle couldn’t handle it, Shaheen’s less likely to do so and something tells me he is going to do millions of interviews and TV appearances now to milk it.

Now Britney Spears is back on stage, the ad deals are flowing in.

And with a lot of styling, Britney is looking seriously hot again. Hard to believe this is the mother-of-two who once partied with Paris Hilton with no knickers on…
