 Like most people in the UK, I was glued to the Ladies Final of
Wimbledon at the weekend between Venus and Serena Williams…and I
wondered what hapened between the pair after Serena smashed it.

Now I hear they were both out together at The Mayfair Hotel in West
London, visiting their ex Destiny’s Child pal Kelly Rowland, who is
staying at the hotel.

If I were Venus I would have gone straight home and sulked that my
little sister beat me so game, set and match to Venus for being a good
sport.

I’ve heard of going to rehab for addictions to sex, drugs and alcohol but is it possible to go to rehab for an addiction to getting an adrenalin buzz?

I had to Google search this as I think I am an adrenalin addict – I am always seeking thrills with rollercoasters, jumping out of planes, flying stunt planes, driving fast cars and today I am going FMX (Motorcross) bike racing.

I am totally aware it is as serious as any other addiction. Fine in small doses until your body changes and rejects it’s normal dose and THAT could kill you.

So the good news is that there is a 12 step recovery programme on the internet.

If I survive the FMX racing (which I will film for the BBC 519 show) then I’m joining up before I agree to anything more dangerous.

As you all know now I was at the Barclaycard Wireless festival this weekend and I happened to run into Sam Ronson.

Sam admitted to me that she hates holidays and had her first one in ten years in April, (with Lindsay Lohan)

Sam also said that she was bored out of her head whilst she was on holiday…not exactly a sign of a happy relationship, I would say.

Looks like Sam would rather work than relax!

I saw Keith Lemon was out for dinner at Gilgamesh on friday with Sarah Harding and Emma Bunton.

The threesome were chatting about girl bands and so I’m wondering if Keith’s next character will be a girl in a pop band.

I’d love to see the three of them singing together…hilarious!

I bumped into Day and Night singer, Kid Cudi at the Barclaycard Wireless festival this weekend.

Kid Cudi let me into a little secret he would love to duet with Little Boots and it looks to me from this video that he may just have a little crush on the blonde singer.

 Good news for fans of Paris Hilton’s BBF – we’re soon going to be seeing a lot more of winner Sam…

While Paris is auditioning for a BFF in Dubai, Sam’s not crying into his cupcakes and has auditioned for a TV job of his own.

Sam will be trying to land himself a job as the new T4 presenter and I think he’ll be perfect so the job!

Good luck Sam can’t wait to see you on the telly.

Harry Potter star, Rupert Grint, who plays the geeky but very sweet Ron Weasley is back on set today after recovering from a bout of swine flu.

Rupert only contracted a mild strain of the illness and thankfully he’s made a full recovery.

Glad to see he’s back to full health and will continue to entertain us!

This morning I am kicking myself about a wasted opportunity as I turned down a helicopter trip with urban band N-Dubz last night.

My sister and I were backstage at the Wireless Festival in Hyde Park and they were one of the friendliest and funniest bands back there. About 8pm, they said they had a gig in Rotherham and had a helicopter waiting and asked us along.

The only reason we didn’t take them up is because we were there to see Kanye West, who was due onstage at 930pm, so we thought we SHOULD wait for him.

Result: Kanye was average and my sis and I spent the whole night regretting not going with N-Dubz

Tipe of the day: Seize every opportunity!

Shame on you Simon Cowell – smoking is a filthy habit and I’m saddened the entertainment mogul couldn’t wait for a private moment rather than lighting up in front of the young X Factor fans.

Millions of people look up to Simon Cowell and copy what he does.

But look at how stupid he appears in this photo taken at the auditions in Manchester – it’s hard to look attractive with a fag in your hand.

His super-white teeth are going to turn yellow and he’s going to get lines by his mouth and it serves him right.
