Things are obviously going well with Kate Hudson and Alex Rodriguez.

Sportsman A-Rod said he is going to spend Christmas with ‘Bride Wars’ star Kate in Los Angeles, adding: “Life is good I’m happy.  We’re happy, I have lots to be grateful for.”

It’s nice to see Kate and Alex, who are both divorced, looking so happy together. Maybe an engagement could be on the cards?! I hope so, I love Christmas engagements!

Congratulations to former Liberty X singer Jessica Taylor and her cricketer husband Kevin Pietersen – who are expecting their first child together.

The couple are said to be “ecstatic and thrilled” over the impending arrival, due early next summer.

A friend said: “They are both very excited about the news and have told their families and friends they don’t want to know the baby’s sex in advance.

“All is well and they are looking forward to next summer.”

Lucy Benjamin says she was “gutted” to have been voted off ‘I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!’

The former ‘EastEnders’ actress became the first person to leave the show last night, and says she wasn’t too happy when she was told.

She said: “I’m a bit gutted because it all came down to a silly game in the end but hey ho.”

But Lucy also revealed the best part of getting out of the jungle is that she got to see her daughter Bessie.

She said: “The first thing I did when I got out was just lay on the bed with bessie and had a big cuddle. I gave her her presents because it ws her birthday last week.

“I didn’t even take my boots or my smelly t-shirt off – I just smothered her!”

Meanwhile, TV presenter Richard Arnold revealed Katie Price isn’t leaving Australia just yet.

He said: “I can tell you she is going t be around for another couple of weeks but I don’t know if there is speculation over some clause in the ITV contract that means she wont get her full cheque if she doesn’t stay for the full time.

“But that’s just speculation.”

They’re meant to bring in food for the professional chefs to cook and they didn’t make it easy – bringing items including squid and Pepperami sausage.

Newlywed couples’ first marital home is always an important step – but possibly more so for Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom.

The pair – who stunned fans by getting married just one month into their relationship – have purchased a $3.9million home in Los Angeles, with enough room for a huge family.

With 8347 sq ft, 7 bedrooms, nine bathrooms, a pool, parking for 15 cars, a cinema, steam room, gym and separate guest quarters is perfect for Lamar’s plan to get his wife pregnant ’soon’.

It must be nice though, moving into a $3.9million Los Angeles mansion as your first home – not a one-bedroom flat in Ealing like so many newlyweds!

Well, I do hate saying “I told you so” (not!), but here’s the perfect time to say it.

I told you that Katie Price and Alex Reid wouldn’t last until Christmas, and they haven’t.

Katie dumped Alex after he had flown to Australia in an attempt to propose, and then told viewers live on air that she is now a single woman after realising cage fighter Alex was with her for the money (you think?!).

She said: “I realised it was best if I’m on my own. I don’t want a relationship.”

A source added: “An hour before she appeared on air Jordan summoned him and told him it was over.

“She was fed up with him making money from her. Friends say he is devastated.”

It remains to be seen however if Alex will go into the jungle. He’s already in Australia after all, he might as well do it!

U2 will be playing Glastonbury next year, for the 40th anniversary of the music festival.

Founder Michael Eavis said the band, fronted by Bono, would be taking to the stage for the first time at Glastonbury on Worthy Farm in Pilton, from June 26 to June 28.

Michael said: “At last the biggest band in the world is going to do the best festival in the world. Nothing could be better for our 40-year party, and there are even more surprises in the pipeline.’

Bono said earlier this year the group were thinking about playing Glastonbury, adding: ” ‘I know lots of people want us to play.

‘It’s something we’re working up our whole life to do. We really, really want to do this.’

Other acts rumoured to be taking part in the anniversary celebration include Coldplay, Muse, David Bowie and the Rolling Stones.

Will Smith has become the latest victim of a Twitter death.

The ‘Men In Black’ star was reported to have died in a car accident over the weekend after a rumour started on social networking site Twitter.

However, the reports have now been denied, and he is said to be doing well and alive.

Recent other death rumours include Miley Cyrus, whose driver was killed in a coach crash.
