Think this waffle looks delicious? It was!

Yesterday was national waffle day, so I paid a visit the Wafflemeister in London’s South Kensington.

All I can say is WOW! The photo above does not even do it justice.

You can pick whatever topping you want from natural yoghurt icecream to white, milk or dark chocolate and then fresh strawberries, banana, kiwi, cherry compote, almonds and marshmallows.

Even more appealing is that it’s right nextdoor to Prince William and Prince Harry’s fave nightclub Boujis and it’s open til midnight every day.

And it gets better…soon they’ll start doing boxes of takeaway waffles so you can take it to the office / friends houses for birthdays / apologies.

I think it’s time to say ciao to the cupcakes, move over macaroons  and welcome back waffles as the new treat du jour.

What’s cuter – Nicola Roberts outfit or the packaging of her new Danity Doll make-up collection?

Personally, I think the pearl necklace is by far the most fabulous thing in the photo above taken a couple of hours ago at the launch of the Girls Aloud star’s cosmetics range. But the party squad are loving the red lipstick and we all think the boxes of the product are way more exciting than some of the other stuff we see on the shelves in Boots.

Nicola said the reason she felt compelled to launch her own range of products was because of her pale skin.

While there are a few ranges for black skin and tons of ranges for normal to olive white skin, there really hasn’t been anything for our fairer skinned sisters – until now.

The range will be stocked in Harrods and then roll out across the UK soon.

For those of you who were crazily excited about X Factor starting on Saturday (guilty), there is some nice, juicy drama already.

Irritating, Madonna lookalike, Katie Waissel, could already be being thrown off the show after it has been revealed that she is far from amateur.

Waissel appeared on the first show of the series and despite wanting to sing ‘At Last’ by Etta James, Simon put her on the spot and asked her to perform something different.

Queen fan, Katie, made a pretty appalling effort to sing ‘We are the Champions’ but when she messed up repeatedly, Simon conceeded defeat and let her sing her original choice.

The 24 year old won over the crowd and the judges and was put through to the next round.

It has since been revealed that the receptionist already has a record label in the US and that she is the star of a hit show on YouTube which followed her moving to the US to make a go at her singing career.

The singer has already signed a 2-record deal with New York based label, Chamberlain Records and her first jazz record will be released in the autumn.

Fans on X Factor forums are outraged and are claiming that the whole thing is a set up by the shows producers.

It remains to seen whether or not Katie will be allowed to progress in the competition but a spokesperson for the show has stated that:

“Katie is a fantastic contestant and this demonstrates her determination to succeed in the business”

Or….she’s just a massive cheat. Give someone else a chance!

Until then Girls Aloud sinnger Nicola Roberts is launching her Danity Doll range of make-up at London department store Harrods today – 12 noon.

She’s recorded a video for Cosmoplitan magazine sharing her make-up secrets and although it’s not a demo (like my sister’s), it is quite interesting to hear what a celeb has in her make-up bag.

After months of arguing over money, the most public divorce in history, between Elin Nordegren and Tiger Woods has finally been finalised.

The pair met in court in Florida and released a joint statement saying:

“We are sad that our marriage is over and we wish each other the very best in the future”

How mature of Elin. Don’t know that i would be that gracious.

Under the divorce settlement it has been agreed that custody of their 3 children will be shared between Tiger, 34 and Elin, 30.

Although details of the exact settlement figure have been kept schtum, it is rumoured that Elin could be taking a home up to 750 million!

Elin signed a pre-nuptual agreement before marrying the golf superstar but this became null and void when Tiger cheated on his loving wife with a multitude of women including a shady line-up of cocktail waitresses and porn stars.

Elin upped her claim when she discovered that Tiger was worth much more than the original 660 million that he had claimed.

Just one more example of Tiger not knowing how to tell the truth.

In return for her massive payment, Elin has reportedly agreed to keep quiet about her marriage and Tiger has agreed not to expose the children to any new girlfriends and knowing Tiger, there are set to be LOTS.

Maybe Abbey Clancy should take a leaf out of Elin’s book.
